Decent courts, not super busy which is nice. Great when you want to practice without waiting. Evening sessions have a small but consistent group. Needs a few more regulars to really take off.
Good spot when you can't get on at Memorial Park. 4 courts, free, and well-lit until 10pm. Skill level is mixed but the vibe is friendly. The Sugar Land pickleball crowd is growing.
